Broadway FM 518 Business Center is an office warehouse complex consisting of 18 units ranging from 1,200 to 1,800 square feet. We are conveniently located near the intersection of FM 518 and Pearland Parkway. The complex is just minutes from Sam Houston Toll way, near the heart of Pearland, TX.
This office warehouse complex is most ideal for contractors of all types (drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) but can be made to fit anyone’s needs. Each unit contains a climate-controlled office space with a handicap-accessible restroom. These units are also wired for internet access. The remaining space is a flex warehouse space, each containing a 10’x12’ roll-up door. The sizes of the office suites and warehouse space vary by unit.
A conference room is available to tenants free of charge, Monday through Friday, for their convenience. This conference room is also available to outside usage, rented on an hourly basis.
